Negative signalRole

Harvey limited to gadget role; only viable in blowout game scripts.

Harvey is characterized as 'the most gadget back in the history of gadget backs' with minimal snap share and usage. The source suggests he could be playable only in specific blowout game scripts but otherwise plans to avoid the Broncos backfield entirely due to Sean Payton's unpredictable usage patterns.
