RB 19, I'm going Josh Jacobs for now. I would have him ahead of Jamaal Williams if it was just regular, hey, Josh Jacobs in his normal role in this high-flying Packers offense in a great matchup here against the Lions, highest game total of week seven at 53 and a half points... The problem is, we just don't exactly know what it's going to be yet. It could be a situation where he's eased in... It's still tough to move Jacobs too much lower. He has scored 30 touchdowns in 32 regular season games with the Packers.
STACKED’s take
NeutralProjection
Packers RB19 with elite TD history but return-from-injury uncertainty vs. Lions.
Ranked RB19 with significant return-from-injury uncertainty tempering upside. Jacobs has elite touchdown history (30 TDs in 32 regular season games with Packers) and faces a high-game-total matchup vs. Lions (53.5 points). Ian Hartitz hedges the ranking because Jacobs may be eased in and hasn't played in an extended period. Would rank him higher if he were at full health in his normal role, but the uncertainty prevents a higher placement.
