League-winning handcuff; must roster if available on waivers.

Steelers RB handcuff with league-winning upside if Jaylen Warren is injured. The source strongly recommends rostering Dowdle off waivers despite his limited current role (part of 27 combined rush attempts and 10 targets out of backfield), as he becomes a league-winning player if Warren goes down.
