Flock Fantasy on Kayshon Boutte

Boutte: 10 targets, 100+ yards; round-one talent to scoop off waivers

Boutte recorded 10 targets and over 100 receiving yards against Cleveland; the source notes he is round-one NFL talent with a great prospect profile and has been drawing more targets than Denzel Mims for a while; the source strongly recommends acquiring him off waivers and projects flex consideration going forward, though Boutte dropped a 50-yard receiving touchdown that would have added 11 fantasy points.
