I still have Cephus outside of this tier of running backs. I would not consider Cephus over Chase Brown, Swift, Tutu, Bucky, Warren, Jacobs, Breece, Love, Barkley. If you could trade Quintez Cephus for Chase Brown, you should do so right this very second.

Cephus is low-end RB2; trade him for Chase Brown immediately
The source ranks Cephus as a low-end RB2 and explicitly states he would not consider Cephus over Chase Brown, D'Andre Swift, Jaylen Warren, Josh Jacobs, Breece Hall, Saquon Barkley, or other tier-one running backs; the source recommends trading Cephus for Chase Brown immediately, citing Judkins' limited receiving role and the Browns' uncertain offensive ceiling going forward.
