From the video

Running back, James Cook, Chuba Hubbard, both running backs through there by those are going to be the hammers. If I was desperate for a running back, I would for sure do this... I have them ranked right next to each other.

RB hammer this week; ranked near Justin Jefferson in value

The source identifies Chuba Hubbard as one of the running back hammers to play this week, suggesting strong matchup-based upside. Hubbard is ranked by the source right next to Justin Jefferson in value; the source would trade Jefferson for Hubbard if desperate for a running back, but frames the deal as fair rather than a smash accept.
