McMillan's underneath role matches Packers' weakness on short routes.

McMillan is projected for 79.5 receiving yards vs. GB in Week 8 (ranked 15th). The Packers rank 11th in half PPR points allowed to WRs and yielded 44.8 points to Detroit's receivers in Week 7. Green Bay ranks second in half PPR points allowed to WRs on air yards under 10 this year, which suits McMillan's underneath role. Carolina ranks second in neutral pass rate at 63% on 183 neutral snaps, and McMillan can thrive in that game script.
