Tate's WR24 usage as clear-cut top target supports role despite volatility.

Tate is projected for 49.5 receiving yards at CIN in Week 8 (ranked 31st). He had an up-and-down Week 7 but was given opportunities (WR27 expected half PPR points on seven targets) away from CB1 Denzel Ward, who only plays one side. Tate crossed up the Browns' CB2 on a slant for a first down and was pushed out of bounds at the one-yard line on a fade ball. He had a rare drop on a slant and was missed on a downfield fade route, but that's the nature of being on the one-win Titans. Tate ranks WR29 on WR24 usage this month as the clear-cut top target, and Calvin Ridley (who could be traded) missed last week.
