In Cleveland, the guy who's been putting up the bigger numbers is Denzel Boston as that vertical out. I mean, he only plays X. Like, he only plays outside on ball...I think Boston's going to end up being a much better NFL player than Baitman has been so far.

Boston producing as vertical out-breaker despite X-only role; Harmon sees him as better than Bateman.
Denzel Boston is putting up bigger numbers in Cleveland's offense despite playing exclusively at X receiver (outside on ball), running vertical out-breaking routes and tight boundary patterns. Matt Harmon notes Boston is running vertical out-breaking routes and tight boundary patterns, and believes he could be interchangeable with other receivers and potentially handle some slot reps. Harmon sees Boston as a potentially much better NFL player than Rashad Bateman has been so far, despite the role constraint of playing only outside receiver in Todd Monken's traditional offensive scheme.
