From the episode

Justin Herbert just wants to the chargers offense as a whole...first game, new coordinator lost their center and training camp, but guess what? That center is gone. He's not coming back. The interior offense, the line scares the living heck out of me.

Herbert and Chargers offense downgraded; interior line concerns with Strange.

The source expresses concern about Herbert and the Chargers offense after Week 1, citing the loss of their center in training camp and the interior offensive line quality. The source notes Cole Strange is not a great acquisition for the interior line, and the interior line scares him significantly. The source is willing to give the offense a mulligan for the first game with a new coordinator, but the permanent loss of the center is a major concern.
