From the episode
Chica Conquo actually had a pretty big game. Caught seven of seven targets for 69 yards. He led the team in routes running, ran a route on a season-high 86% of the dropbacks. So, that's really, really strong usage for a fantasy tight end that is borderline elite.

Okonkwo elite usage: 7-for-7 targets, 86% route rate; breakout candidate.
Okonkwo had a strong game with 7 catches on 7 targets for 69 yards and led the team in routes run at 86% of dropbacks—elite usage for a fantasy tight end; he was underutilized in Tennessee but signed a big free agent contract with the Commanders and is now getting significant opportunity with McLaurin out.
