NeutralValue
QB3/4 ranked higher than Lawrence; suggested sell to acquire Trevor Lawrence.
The source mentions Brock Purdy as a trade chip to acquire Trevor Lawrence. Purdy is currently ranked QB3 or QB4 in consensus rest-of-season rankings, higher than Trevor Lawrence's QB5 ranking. The source suggests that selling Purdy makes sense given the quarterback injuries affecting the 49ers and the strength of Lawrence's remaining schedule.
