Harrison Jr. absence not main factor in Wilson's decline; offense-wide issue.

The source clarifies that Marvin Harrison Jr.'s absence has not been the primary driver of Michael Wilson's poor performance; rather, Wilson's inefficiency and the Cardinals offense's overall decline are the core issues. This reframes the narrative around Wilson's role and production.
