From the episode

I assume, of the first Jamar Chase touchdown...Chase improvs his route after the scramble. The throw is great. The catch is even better. Chase has two touchdowns.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalUsage

Chase scored twice, including one improvised TD after Burrow scramble.

Chase scored two touchdowns in Week 2; the first came on a perfect coverage play where he made the catch and spun for the toes tap in the end zone against Derek Stingley; the second came after a wild Burrow scramble where Chase improvised his route, caught the ball, and the source noted 'the throw is great. The catch is even better.'
