From the episode

I was not particularly kind to the likes of Roma Dunze, Luther Burden, Colston Loveland. I am just fine if it's going to be Case Keenum if you look elsewhere.

Negative signalProjection

Burden ranked 34th at receiver with Case Keenum starting.

Andy Behrens ranks Luther Burden 34th among receivers for Week 3 with Case Keenum starting at quarterback for the Bears instead of Caleb Williams, indicating a significant downgrade in projection due to the backup quarterback situation.
