Watson at QB28; not buying QB12 season rank despite playmakers around him

Behrens ranks Watson QB28 and is not buying the QB12 season ranking. He questions the Browns' decision to keep using Watson given the contract disaster risk, though he acknowledges Watson has playmakers (Denzel Boston, Casey Concepcion, Harold Fannin) and the offense is willing to lean on passing. Watson didn't look like his former self in Week 2 but is beginning to process better.
