London was drafted as a fantasy WR1 in the second round with the thesis that Michael Penix Jr. would be the QB, but he's fallen to WR52 entering Week 3 due to Cooper Rush's poor play. Now that Penix is back (pending knee status), Behrens is more confident. He notes Penix supported London well through much of last season, and with the Cooper Rush offense finally over, London should be in lineups. Behrens ranks him WR13 (lower than preseason due to Chris Olave and Parker Washington establishing themselves), while the other Andy Behrens has him at WR10.
