From the episode

Dak is freaked out by how bad this defense looks. And he's pressing... every single time they had the wrong answer for whatever bowls in that defense were going to be bringing. And they were just trying to find a foothold the entire game and couldn't do it.

Prescott pressing against Bucs' defense; wrong answer on every play call.

Prescott seemed to be pressing and freaked out by how bad the Cowboys defense looked, leading to poor decision-making throughout the game. The Buccaneers' defense had the right answer for every play call Dallas tried, whether it was blitz looks or coverage schemes. Prescott had the wrong answer for what Tampa Bay was bringing on nearly every play through the first three and a half quarters, unable to find a foothold offensively.
