Harris frustrated with Ravens backfield operation; lacks juice, cut after poor play.

Najee Harris expressed frustration with how the Ravens backfield is being operated, per James Winston's commentary on John Harbaugh's public comments about the position. Winston criticizes the coaching staff for not identifying Harris's lack of production in practice and instead forcing him to fail in games before cutting him. The speaker questions why coaches couldn't recognize Harris 'has no juice' without seeing him play in actual games, suggesting the running back has lost effectiveness and the team's handling of the situation was mismanaged.
