Fannin Jr. TE13; viable alternative but consistency beats chasing.

Fannin Jr. is ranked TE13 in consensus ECR, just one spot behind Pitts (TE12), and presents a viable alternative in the Browns-Falcons matchup; the source acknowledges an argument for starting Fannin over Pitts but recommends consistency and sticking with one tight end rather than chasing week-to-week production.
