Emergency play due to Eagles injuries; only 4 targets last week

Demario Douglas is going to be an emergency play for many due to injuries around him (A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Romeo Doubs out). However, he only had four targets last week, so he is playable only in desperation situations.
