Video: This News Changes Everything
we were talking about Jordan Mason being a must-start running back earlier in the week, but officially changing my mind on that. I do think that Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason are going to split this back field.

Aaron Jones return demotes Mason from must-start to committee back

Jonathan Taylor officially changed his stance on Jordan Mason from must-start to a committee back. Aaron Jones is now expected to play after initially being ruled out, and Taylor projects Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason will split the backfield. Taylor prefers having both of them in the committee if possible, but this significantly reduces Mason's standalone value compared to earlier-week expectations.
