From the episode

Justin Herbert was held under 200 yards passing, even though they were trailing for a lot of this game against the Cardinals. He threw two picks. He took three sacks. It's just a mess... Real worried. And I was worried after week one. You know, now we got a two-game sample of this.

Herbert held under 200 yards, two picks against Cardinals; Silva very worried about Chargers offense.

Justin Herbert was held under 200 yards passing despite the Chargers trailing for much of the game against the Cardinals, threw two interceptions, took three sacks, and is part of a Chargers offense that has been inept through two games (0-2 record). Evan Silva is real worried about the Chargers offense after a two-game sample.
