Kamara unlikely to sustain role; Saints prefer Etienne as lead back.

Adam Levitan expresses skepticism about Alvin Kamara's role sustainability, stating Kamara is 'awful' and unlikely to last the full season; the Saints healthy scratched Kendrick Miller and appear to prefer Travis Etienne as the lead back, suggesting Kamara's snap share and fantasy value are at risk.
