Rodgers or Stroud? I'd go Stroud. It's close for me, but I'd go Stroud.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalMatchup

Stroud preferred over Rodgers; Tampa's defense improving.

Stroud is preferred over Aaron Rodgers in a start/sit decision in a four-point passing touchdown league because Tampa's defense is playing better than they have in a while, making it a close call but favoring Stroud.
