Yahoo Sports NFL on Justin Herbert

Herbert threw INT in all seven games; Chargers' turnovers and red-zone struggles continue.

Justin Herbert and the Chargers fell to 0-7 in Week 8, losing to the Rams 24-9. Herbert has thrown an interception in all seven games this season, highlighting a turnover problem. Herbert himself acknowledged the issue, stating "I think the turnovers are what's stopping us, and that's something we have to clean up." The Chargers also struggled to run the ball and failed to score a touchdown in their last nine quarters of play. Herbert's inability to protect the football and the Chargers' offensive struggles have contributed to the team's winless start, the worst for the franchise since 2000.
