From the article
You want to be a great quarterback in the National Football League, there's not a whole lot of excuses. You go out there and you find ways to win for your football team... he just throws to the open guy and controls our offense and gets guys in the right spot. That's being one of the best quarterbacks in the league, that's what the job description requires.
STACKED’s take
Maye's second-half dominance (9-of-10, 146 yards, 3 TDs, 158.3 rating) proves elite QB play despite injuries.
Drake Maye led a second-half comeback against Miami despite the Patriots being down multiple offensive linemen and three top pass catchers, plus losing tight end Hunter Henry early in the second quarter. In the final two quarters, Maye went 9-of-10 for 146 yards with three total touchdowns (two passing, one rushing) and a perfect 158.3 passer rating. Head coach Mike Vrabel praised Maye's performance as exemplifying elite quarterback play: 'You go out there and you find ways to win for your football team... he just throws to the open guy and controls our offense and gets guys in the right spot. That's being one of the best quarterbacks in the league, that's what the job description requires.' The source frames Maye's ability to deliver under adverse circumstances as evidence of his elite-level quarterback capability.
