Matt Waldman on Antonio Williams

Technical consistency: career-best 5 catches in McLaurin role, better than Burks.

Posted a career-best five catches in his first game as Terry McLaurin's replacement, including a 30-yard seam route late in the game. Matt Waldman characterized Williams as a better pass catcher than Trayon Burks in terms of technique and consistency, with most of his plays coming on the outside; he still possesses big-play ability but is less volatile than Burks. Bob Harris cited David Harrison from Lockdown Commanders saying Williams had the best first day of training camp he'd ever seen from any player, though Williams had a strong Week 1 before disappearing.
