Collins' true WR1 status allows Harrison Jr. to thrive as complementary piece.

Nico Collins is a true number-one receiver for the Texans. The source notes that with Collins as the primary target, Marvin Harrison Jr. can slot in as a complementary piece, which is a different dynamic than Harrison's role in Arizona. Collins' presence and elite status provide a different context for Harrison's usage.
