Baltimore Beatdown on Adrian Martinez

Ravens worked out Adrian Martinez as potential emergency QB depth option.

The Ravens worked out former 49ers quarterback Adrian Martinez on Tuesday morning as the team evaluates additional depth options amid their quarterback injury crisis. Martinez, 25, went undrafted out of Kansas State in 2023 and has spent time with the Lions, Jets, and 49ers over the last three years. He appeared in one game for the 49ers in 2025 and played just one snap. Martinez was named the UFL MVP in 2024 after passing for 1,750 yards and 15 touchdowns with 530 rushing yards and three scores on 54 attempts across the Birmingham Stallions' 10 regular-season games. The source notes that the Ravens may not be done adding at the quarterback position.
