Yahoo Sports NFL on Kirk Cousins

Cousins' 247 yards, 3 TDs lead Raiders past Jets; expected to retain starting job.

Cousins delivered in the Raiders' 38-33 comeback win over the Jets, throwing for 247 yards and 3 touchdowns plus a rushing touchdown on a quarterback sneak. The source notes that Cousins 'still gives the Silver and Black the best chance to win' and expects him to keep the starting job for the foreseeable future as head coach Klint Kubiak tries to stay in the playoff picture. The passing game is highlighted as the team's strength in an otherwise flawed roster with an inefficient ground attack (3.0 ypc average) and leaky defense.
