QB8 ranking against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a prime-time game. Ian Hartitz highlights incredible year-two improvement from rookie season: completion rate jumped from 58% to 70.9%, and sack rate dramatically reduced. Among 67 quarterbacks with 100+ dropbacks over past two years, Williams owns both the third-worst completion percentage season (last year) and third-best (this year); Hartitz compares his completion rate improvement trajectory to Patrick Mahomes. Concern: only 118 rushing yards and 3 rushing touchdowns since returning from hamstring injury. Buccaneers defense is tough (only Vikings better in EPA allowed per play), but Hartitz believes Ben Johnson's offense can score 30 on anyone. This is not exactly a slam-dunk spot.
