Cooper is a strong anytime touchdown bet at plus 460 after taking over Devonta Smith's role as the Z receiver in the Eagles' offense. He had a fluky touchdown against the Titans and impressive touchdown catches against the Rams (including one where he mossed the defender). He was A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith's backup last year but didn't get a real chance until week 18. In a game where the Eagles are seven to eight-point underdogs and likely to pass more, Cooper has a good chance to find the end zone again.
