From the episode
he's kind of been the Alec Pierce replacement ever since he went down. He's out there, you know, right around 75% of Daniel Jones' dropbacks. And he made a couple of huge, big catches at the end of a couple games now to help them win.
STACKED’s take

Treadwell entrenched as Colts' deep threat at 75% snap rate with red zone upside.
Treadwell has been the Alec Pierce replacement since Pierce went down, running around 75% of Daniel Jones' dropbacks; he's been making huge catches at the end of games to help the Colts win. Keenan Allen's potential return won't impact his usage since Treadwell runs deep routes while Allen, Josh Downs, and Tyler Warren operate underneath. Darius Slayton remains a healthy scratch, suggesting the Colts are pleased with Treadwell's performance in the role.
