AFC exec suggests Colts trade Downs with Taylor for better rebuild package than piecemeal.

Downs is mentioned as a player the Colts should consider trading alongside Jonathan Taylor rather than taking picks for only Buckner and Nelson. An AFC executive emphasized the importance of understanding what phase a rebuild is in and stacking assets: "All of those picks combined make an intriguing rebuild. One extra third-round pick doesn't really help you." This suggests Downs has trade value that could contribute to a more meaningful rebuild package.
