Negative signalRole

Douglas has targets but faces target dispersion in Miami.

Douglas received six targets in Week 9 for Miami, but the speaker does not recommend starting him; rookie wide receivers are dispersing targets across too many receivers, and Malik Willis is not capable of supporting multiple pass catchers effectively.
