Jeanty's snap share and carries plummeted; Washington got 25 carries vs. his 2.

The No. 6 overall draft pick saw his play time and work load decrease dramatically in Week 8 against the Jets. He played a career-low 40 percent of the snaps and had just two carries as rookie fourth-round pick Mike Washington received a whopping 25 carries. Raiders coach Klint Kubiak said the decision had nothing to do with Jeanty's disparaging words about the Jets' defense. This represents a major development in the backfield workload split, though Kubiak's comment suggests it may not be a permanent demotion.
