Ravens acquire Brissett as bridge QB to keep playoff hopes alive during Jackson/Huntley injuries.

Acquired by the Ravens from Arizona as QB depth after injuries to Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley; described as a 'bridge passer' capable of providing 'base level of play' and keeping the team's playoff hopes alive. Mark Myers notes Brissett can 'push the ball down the field and feed the Ravens' weapons better than any of the current healthy options could,' though his 2026 season has been worse than his 2025 campaign (23/8 TD/INT ratio). Multiple analysts view him as serviceable veteran leadership and a way to keep the offense watchable rather than a game-changer.
