Houston has just not done a good job of putting an offense around him conducive to high-end fantasy points since his rookie season. And that could change in the future. But I kind of need to see it change with CJ Stroud at this point before I'm really going to bet on him to, you know, finish as even a fringe QB1 or anything like that.
