Baker Mayfield

NegativeProjection0:51

Analyst has seen regression from Baker Mayfield due to injuries and his hard-playing style that doesn't avoid contact, making him less attractive than Matt Stafford's one-year top-five potential despite personal fandom.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

NegativeProjection0:41

Analyst expects CJ Stroud to finish as a low-end QB2 rather than a fringe QB1, citing lack of rushing upside in the NFL and Houston's conservative offensive scheme under defensive-minded head coach D'Amico Ryans.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:42

Houston's offensive scheme under D'Amico Ryans is conservative and run-focused, limiting Stroud's passing volume and high-scoring game opportunities despite bringing in David Montgomery to emphasize the running game.

Insight page
NegativeUsage0:43

In his rookie season, Stroud had only 167 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns despite 4,000 passing yards and 23 passing touchdowns, showing minimal rushing upside that could offset conservative offensive play-calling.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveProjection0:03

Caleb Williams is ranked #3 in one ranker's dynasty QB tiers with top-5 and even QB1 overall potential, benefiting from an elite offensive situation with strong weapons and Ben Johnson as offensive coordinator.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:05

Caleb Williams' strong plays in 2024 relied heavily on schoolyard football and broken-down plays outside the pocket rather than structured offense, raising questions about consistency.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:09

Caleb Williams has a higher ceiling than Jayden Daniels but still has work to do to match Daniels' current level of play as a complete quarterback.

Insight page

Cam Ward

PositiveProjection0:52

Analyst still has excitement for Cam Ward's potential and is willing to see if he improves, keeping him in the top 22 of dynasty QB rankings despite uncertainty about his trajectory.

Insight page

Dak Prescott

PositiveProjection0:47

Analyst is confident Dak Prescott can deliver a top-five QB finish, making him preferable to Fernando Mendoza in dynasty formats where proven production is valued over unproven upside.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection0:01

Drake May is ranked #2 in dynasty QB rankings and has top-tier upside, though some debate exists about whether he should be ranked ahead of Josh Allen long-term.

Insight page

Fernando Mendoza

PositiveProjection0:45

Analyst is higher on Fernando Mendoza than most, projecting him to have Joe Burrow-like fantasy output potential with sufficient rushing ability to contribute meaningfully, landing with offensive mind Kyle Kubiak.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:46

Market has moved significantly on Mendoza post-draft, with him now ranked QB14-15 on Dynasty Lab and Keep Trade Cut, ahead of Dak Prescott, despite pre-draft sentiment suggesting he should fall behind wide receivers in rookie drafts.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:47

Despite market enthusiasm, analyst cannot project Mendoza to finish as a top-12 QB this year due to lack of proven NFL performance and weak weapons around him, preferring Dak Prescott's proven top-five finish potential.

Insight page

Jared Goff

PositiveValue0:48

Analyst suggests Jared Goff could be acquired for Fernando Mendoza plus a first-round pick, implying Goff's proven production is valued higher than Mendoza's unproven potential in the current market.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

PositiveProjection0:03

Jayden Daniels is ranked #3 in one ranker's dynasty QB tiers due to his stellar rookie season and already being a more complete QB than Caleb Williams, despite sophomore season injury concerns.

Insight page
NegativeInjury0:04

Jayden Daniels dealt with injuries in his sophomore season and is a slender player with a reckless running style that raises durability concerns, potentially limiting his rushing upside going forward.

Insight page
NegativeUsage0:05

Jayden Daniels' rushing production dropped significantly in 2025 (278 yards in 7 games vs. 891 yards as a rookie), suggesting the team may reduce his running workload under new OC David Blau.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveProjection0:16

Joe Burrow is ranked #6 in dynasty QB rankings as a really solid, elite-level passer with top-tier weapons and a perfect situation, though he doesn't provide rushing upside.

Insight page
NegativeInjury0:16

Joe Burrow has a history of injury issues and hasn't been able to stay healthy, which is a concern when evaluating his dynasty ranking despite his elite passing ability.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection0:01

Josh Allen is ranked #1 in dynasty QB rankings with a projection of 23 points per game that is easy to maintain over the next few years.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

PositiveProjection0:21

Justin Herbert is ranked #7 in one ranker's dynasty QB tiers, beginning the next tier of quarterbacks after the elite top-6 group.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveProjection0:50

Analyst considered ranking Matt Stafford ahead of Kyler Murray due to valuing one-year top-five QB finish potential, though ultimately kept Murray in the top 22.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeProjection0:09

Lamar Jackson's play has dropped off as he ages and deals with injuries, with concerns about how his mobile skillset will translate over the next few years.

Insight page
NegativeInjury0:10

Lamar Jackson has dealt with recurring health issues including stomach problems and frequent sickness, missing practice time and games due to illness.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:10

With a new defensive-minded head coach (Jesse Minter) and offensive coordinator (Declan), there's concern the Ravens may adopt a more conservative, ground-and-pound approach to preserve Lamar's health rather than maximize his passing upside.

Insight page
NegativeValue0:11

Lamar Jackson is considered a strong sell in dynasty, with one ranker willing to trade him for a player like Trevor Lawrence plus a top-5 pick, even outside of rebuilds.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:11

Lamar Jackson has shown elite ceiling consistently and improved significantly as a passer during his NFL career, making him difficult to move from a top-5 ranking despite recent concerns.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:13

Lamar Jackson's historical performance shows inconsistency, ranking QB8, QB7, and QB6 from 2020-2022, then QB1 in 2024, suggesting his elite 2024 season may not be sustainable as he enters his thirties.

Insight page

Malik Willis

PositiveProjection0:51

Analyst ranks Malik Willis at 23 as a one-year bet, expecting him to produce fantasy points in 2026 but uncertain about his starting job status beyond that, with potential QB1 upside if efficient as a passer.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:55

Malik Willis has QB1 potential in 2026 due to his rushing ability and expected high volume in Miami's offense, though his long-term starting job security is uncertain.

0:41What is going on folks? Jeremiah Retzlaff here with PlayerProfiler.
0:44I am joined by Wyatt, my co-host, and this is First Class Fantasy.
0:48We've done every single position for our rankings up to 24.
0:52And today we are going to finish it off for the offseason with the quarterback position.
0:56Wyatt, let's just kick it off with the first tier.
1:00It's pretty easy, right? I mean, it's not super surprising.
1:03We both had it the same here. Josh Allen at one, Drake May at number two.
1:07I think when we talk about these two players here, there are some conversations where people do want to have Drake May ahead of Josh Allen.
1:15And I'm not there yet. It seems like you're with me.
1:19We love Drake May. He can get there, I'm sure.
1:22But still at this point in time, it is still Josh Allen at number one for both of us.
1:27Yeah, as we've said through all of these shows, both of us kind of work in this like two to three year window when it comes to Dynasty.
1:36You know, that's how as far as we're willing to project with any given player.
1:41And when that's what we're doing, I think it's pretty easy to still have Josh Allen, number one, just because like him
1:47going 23 points per game seems pretty easy to project over the next few years.
1:52And it's hard to project that for anybody else.
1:54I'll say that, like if you're in a Dynasty League, it's you and your buddies.
1:59You've been in it for a long time. You know it's not folding anytime soon.
2:04You're going to be playing for this Dynasty League for the next 10 years.
2:08You want to have Drake May as your top QB in Dynasty?
2:11I got no problem with it. I completely understand.
2:14Yeah, and I think that's the right way to look at it.
2:18And I think the other thing about it, well, look, I love Drake May.
2:22He played great last year. It was one season, right?
2:25And so we still have to keep that in mind somewhat.
2:28Josh Allen's done it for a very long time.
2:31And he's not the kind of quarterback where, yes, he's mobile, but he's really, really big.
2:36So it's not like a Lamar, Jayden Daniels, where you're kind of worried as he gets older, he'll start to break down and maybe not run as much.
2:45Like I still think he's going to continue to run even as he gets older for the next couple of years, just because he's just a big dude.
2:53Like he just doesn't really. He's not real, you know?
2:56He's not real at all. But the next set of quarterbacks is where it starts to kind of get interesting.
3:02And this is where we start to defer, you know, on our rankings here, Wyatt.
3:07And it's Caleb Williams for me at number three.
3:09It's Lamar Jackson at number four. Jayden Daniels at number five and Joe Burrow at number six.
3:15You have it a little bit different. You have Jayden Daniels at three, Lamar at four, like myself.
3:20You have Caleb Williams at five and Joe Burrow at six, like me as well.
3:25The big difference here is it's really Jayden Daniels and Caleb Williams flipped.
3:29You have Caleb at five. I have Caleb at three.
3:32You have Jayden at three. I have Jayden at five.
3:35Right. And so I want to hear your thought process on having Jayden Daniels at number three.
3:40You know, you have them higher than Lamar, who's done it for a long time.
3:44You have them ahead of Caleb Williams, who's on an offense with a ton of weapons and looks like it's trending the
3:51right way and trending for the sky or Mars or whatever.
3:54It feels like the rocket ships are kind of strapped up onto that offense right now.
3:59But why Daniels at number four over those guys?
4:02Yeah. You know, Jayden Daniels rookie season was absolutely stellar.
4:05You know, I think we almost forget how composed he was as a rookie.
4:09Like he looked like he was already a 10 year pro the moment he stepped on an NFL football field and was just incredible.
4:17You know, performed extremely well. There was conversations about him being the QB one dynasty after his rookie season.
4:22But then the sophomore season happens where he deals with some injuries.
4:26And I understand people can be looking at that like this is what we are afraid of as when you as a
4:33prospect, because he's a little bit slender and he can be a little bit reckless with his body when he's running around.
4:39I don't want to feed into that too much because it's just how darn talented he really is and how good he is.
4:46I'm excited about what this offense is going to be this year.
4:50You know, I like the moves that they made this offseason.
4:53I don't want to put too much stock into that sophomore season when what we saw as a rookie was just so fantastic.
5:00And I truly believe in this player. He's already more of a complete QB and has been more of a complete QB than Caleb Williams, in my opinion.
5:09So I'm betting on him. Yeah. And I can definitely understand the argument there for him just being overall a better quarterback.
5:15I mean, I don't think that that's really that crazy to say, Wyatt, as I keep flipping us around here.
5:22I don't think it's that crazy to say that Caleb or Jaden has played better, like at the ceiling, you know, just
5:28overall, like playing like as an NFL quarterback. I mean, he just looked better.
5:32Right. A lot of Caleb's plays last year that were good were a lot of schoolyard football, a lot of broken down
5:39plays, a lot of plays outside of the pocket.
5:42And, you know, I totally get that. My pushback is with Jaden Daniels, you know, played only seven games last year.
5:48His rookie season, you know, he played banged up as well, left the game earlier, too, and had the rib injury.
5:55I think it was against Carolina where he started really hot.
5:58He had like a massive like 50, 60 yard run and got tackled at like 10.
6:03And then like that started the whole rib issue with him.
6:06I just worry about the size and the play style where he's just very slender.
6:11And, you know, this running upside that we look at with him, like does the team pull it back a little bit
6:17where we get a little nervous and they get a little nervous of how they utilize him?
6:23And he becomes his rushing upside comes down a little bit where, yeah, I'm not saying he's not going to run at all.
6:30This is a guy who ran for 891 yards as a rookie in 2024, but in seven games, he ran for just 278.
6:37Now, I'm not saying that that's not a lot.
6:39That's still a lot in just seven games. But when we extrapolate that over the course of the season, that's about 200
6:46yards rushing less, give or take, than what he ran for in 2024 if you pace that out for 17 games.
6:52So I just worry that they might pull the reins a little back.
6:56It's David Blau who's now coming in. We did see him with the Lions.
7:01And so just from a standpoint of health, durability, and do they try to change him a little bit?
7:06You know, maybe that takes some growing pains, but long term it's for the best.
7:11And he ends up being really good and develops into a really good passer in the pocket and doesn't have to run as much.
7:18But those are some of my concerns there. When it comes to Caleb Williams and why I had Caleb ahead of him,
7:25it's just a matter of I look at Caleb and I say, this is a guy who I think, just like Jaden, can give us top five potential.
7:33Can even give you quarterback one overall potential, just like Jaden, but just doesn't have those injury issues.
7:39Right. And also has this offense insulated around them, has a coach in Ben Johnson where it's offensive minded coach.
7:45We know even if there's turnover on the staff, Ben Johnson's still going to have his pulse on the offense where you
7:52have Dan Quinn over there with the commanders. I don't necessarily know that Dan Quinn is, is, you know, in a very secure role right now.
7:59You know, they fired coordinators last year. And yes, he did have a nice run in Jaden's rookie year, but I think there could be some turnover.
8:08And it's a defensive minded head coach where, you know, you just worry if David Blau looks phenomenal this year and this offense looks great.
8:15There's a good chance that David Blau is not, not the offensive coordinator this year because we see it time after time.
8:22Why it where these guys are poached year after year and they go and they become a head coach somewhere else.
8:28So I like the insulation. I like the young assets around Caleb Williams.
8:32And so that's why I had him where I did.
8:35But I, I, I understand having Daniels, you know, and Lamar ahead of him, but that was kind of went into the philosophy for me.
8:43For why I had Caleb where I did. Oh, you're muted for some reason.
8:47Yeah. Caleb has a fantastic situation. There's no doubt about that.
8:50He definitely has a better situation to Jane Daniels.
8:53Like that point is well conceded to you. For me though, like Caleb Williams still has work to do to be as good as Jane Daniels already is.
9:02And like that helps kind of separate it for me.
9:05Um, I'd probably even be willing to concede that.
9:07I think Caleb Williams has the higher ceiling between the two.
9:11If like they were both to reach their 95th percentile outcomes as like a player.
9:15Um, but Jane Daniels is already so close to that outcome.
9:19And I think Caleb Williams has some work to do.
9:22So, you know, if, if we see another season where Caleb Williams takes another jump, Jane Daniels is similar to who he was as a rookie.
9:30I'll revisit this and, and, and come out and possibly come out a different way.
9:34But for now it's still, still Daniels for me.
9:37I do want to talk about Lamar. Cause you both had him at four and.
9:41I almost didn't want to have Lamar still even this high.
9:45Um, I just feel like the play has kind of dropped off a little bit in just as he gets older.
9:51He's obviously dealt with some injuries. People are going to, you know, Lamar has a lot of crazy fans.
9:57And if they're listening, they'll probably want to crucify me for saying it.
10:01I just worry about how does the skillset translate over the next few years?
10:05It's also just been a lot of weird things with Lamar, like the health issues where it seems like he's got some stomach thing going on.
10:13I don't know. He missed, like he gets like sick a lot.
10:17I don't know what the deal is. Everyone remembers the Browns game where he had to go running to the bathroom.
10:23Yeah. He's mispracticed a lot for like being sick.
10:26Like, I don't know. It's weird, but. And you also factor into that's a new coaching staff.
10:31Um, it's a very young offense. It's, it's Declan who comes over from the bears.
10:36He's the offensive coordinator, but you also have Jesse Minter, who's the head coach.
10:40Again, same situation. First time head coach, not Dan Quinn was not first time, but still first time head coach that's defensive
10:46where you, again, you worry about possible turnover. What does the offense look like?
10:51And do they try to play more of a conservative kind of approach?
10:55Do they want the defense to be really good and, and kind of play like a ground and pound offense where Lamar
11:01is not taking a ton of hits because they want to preserve him for, you know, maybe down the stretch playoff runs.
11:08Like it would not surprise me if that's the route that they want to go.
11:13And, uh, so that's why I had Lamar at four.
11:16I think Lamar is a really, really big sell right now in general too, in dynasty.
11:20If you can tear off of him, uh, especially if you're in a rebuild, like I would, I would be happy to
11:27take, uh, you know, a tear down to like a Trevor Lawrence and a 20, 27, you know, top five pick.
11:34Um, I would be absolutely willing to do that.
11:36Even if I wasn't in a massive rebuild, I'd be comfortable taking a swing on a, on a trade like that as well.
11:43Uh, you know, Lamar Jackson, like I'm just not going to quit a player who's shown the ceiling that he has like
11:50so consistently, basically outside of only this past season when things were rough and that was dealing with injury.
11:56Didn't quite look the same after he came back fully.
11:59Um, but when he's been as good as he's been so often he, as he has been.
12:04Like this dude's not leaving my top five. I'd have a really tough time moving off of him for somebody for another
12:11quarterback that isn't within this top five. If I'm tearing off of him, um, the plus would have to be pretty good
12:17because I think after this, it does kind of start dropping off.
12:21I mean, the next one up for me, which is we'll get to in a minute, which is Joe Burrow.
12:27I'm sure, um, is really close to this grouping.
12:30It's just because he doesn't run. It's a little bit less consistent compared to these players.
12:35And that's like what separates them. Uh, which is also part of the reason why like it would take a good amount
12:41for me to start moving off Lamar Jackson to these QBs after him.
12:45Cause it's either like they don't run or they run, but they're not that good of passers.
12:50So it's harder. And like Lamar Jackson has really improved as a passer during his time in the NFL.
12:56Um, so yeah, he's just too darn good, man.
12:59Like, I don't know. I don't know. It might be just vibe based analysis here.
13:03But like, if you've watched Lamar Jackson for the handful of years, he's been in the NFL.
13:09Like dude is electric and just continues to be so.
13:12Yeah. And I, and I get it. Look, I still have him ranked, you know, at number four with you.
13:18So, um, I don't, I don't have him like falling, but I think he's one of these guys where you don't want
13:24to, you, you, you don't want to doubt him cause he's been so good for so long, but he's had some weird stretch.
13:31He's had some stretches where look, I mean, from 2020 to 2022, three years, he was quarterback eight, quarterback seven and quarterback six in points per game.
13:40Then he had a really, really great two years in 2023 and 2024 under a new offensive coaching staff, a new coordinator.
13:46Um, it was not Greg Roman. It was, who was it?
13:50Todd Modkin. Todd Modkin. And now Modkin's gone. Right.
13:52So he was really good under Modkin and that kind of boosted his, and obviously 2024, he was insane.
13:58Um, so I do, you know, when you, when you look at where he's been over the course of his career, he's
14:05kind of sad at that kind of five to six range.
14:08If you really average it out, let's, we're not going to include his, you know, rookie season.
14:13Uh, but if you look at it and kind of average it out, like one, eight, seven, six, three, one, 15.
14:20And obviously 15 was, is kind of like, Holy crap.
14:23Like I think last year kind of opens your eyes for me where it's like, this is what things could look like
14:29if he starts to get a little bit older, get a little bit more banged up.
14:34And he did play, play hurt Wyatt. So I'm not, I'm not insinuating that the skillset just dropped off, but yeah, obviously
14:41wasn't the same guy we saw in 2024 where he was amazing.
14:45I think this year is just a big year for seeing, Hey, what does this look like?
14:50You know, as he gets into his thirties, cause he's 29 now.
14:53Um, so what does it look like? Do we see another year like this or does he bounce back?
14:59And you're like, okay, well, it was just a weird year cause he was injured and you know, there was a lot going on.
15:06But again, new offensive staff, we saw him skyrocket for two years under Mottkin.
15:11And now he's going to have to get another, another coach, you know, coming in now.
15:15So we'll see how it plays out. But, um, I, I do have some, my, my, my, my hairs on the back
15:22of my neck are sticking up a little bit.
15:25My spidey senses are tingling just a little bit with Lamar.
15:28Um, and again, sometimes it's, you want to, you, you, you want to be, you don't want to get left holding the
15:35bag, but at the same time, you don't want to also trade a proven elite player.
15:40And then you're like, well, you know, I tried to tear down and get another pick for next year.
15:46And then now I'm stuck with a, uh, you know, a not top five quarterback and a first that I, I whiffed on the next year.
15:53Right. And then it's like, and Lamar still elite.
15:56So there's risk. I get it, but that's kind of my thought process.
16:00Yeah, for sure. Um, and then we'll talk about Joe burrow, I guess here.
16:04I mean, there's not a ton I wanted to say about burrow, but it seemed like you wanted to talk about him more.
16:11And I, and we both have the Joe at six.
16:14Um, I, I guess for me, I would just say that I have burrow at six behind these guys.
16:20Cause I, if I'm going to knock Jaden Daniels and Lamar Jackson for the possible injury concerns, I have to do the same with burrow.
16:28Um, he hasn't obviously been able to stay healthy.
16:30The difference of burrow is he's got elite weapons and he's not a guy that needs to run to be elite.
16:37So I'm not worried about his play style changing as he gets older.
16:41Um, so that's, that's why I have burrow burrows just as a really, really solid player at really, really good player at six.
16:48And, uh, I think that it's totally fine to have him there.
16:51Yeah. There's not a lot to say here. It's just kind of continuing what I've already said that like, he's in a
16:58tier to himself, in my opinion, after this top five, the, the only thing is like, he doesn't run, but like he's
17:05debatably the best passer in the entire NFL, you know, and he's in a perfect situation.
17:10You know, it's just because he doesn't run. If he has, isn't having the absolute perfect year as a passer and everything
17:16works out right where the defense is terrible and they have to pass all the time.
17:21It's hard for him to keep up with those other top QBs consistently year over year, because of the lack of rushing,
17:28but otherwise like what's not to like, you know, he's just clearly ahead of everything, everybody after him, in my opinion, but
17:35just clearly ahead or behind everyone in front of him.
17:38So he's just kind of on his own there.
17:40Yeah, I get that. And, um, before we continue, we're talking about our rankings, but if you don't want to hear about
17:47our rankings and you want to see where we stack up with the other guys here, a player profiler, uh, let's take a listen to the podfather.
17:55You know, I get asked, is AI ruining fantasy sports?
17:58And the answer is absolutely not. We've had consensus rankings available for a long time, but people subscribe to the player rankings
18:05at playerprofiler.com for super flex, tight end premium, best ball, even like offensive line rankings.
18:09Of course, your rookie rankings, your dynasty rankings, those are all available in the ranking service for playerprofiler.com password protected.

18:22Woo. It's a good deal. This episode is brought to you by Troll Co.
18:26Clothing. And oh, is this one worth it? You know, more than a few people have asked me about Troll Co.
18:32So let me actually tell you about it. I wear their hats, their sweatshirts.
18:37I have for a while now. The quality on both is legitimately good.
18:40The hats hold their shape. The sweatshirts are the kind of heavy that you actually want, not the thin stuff that pills after three washes.
18:48I just like them. The reason I connected with the brand in the first place is the story behind it.
18:54You know the phrase, dirty hands clean money? It's a blue collar saying that has been around forever.
19:00It's the idea that honest, hard, physical work is how you build a good life.
19:04Troll Co. We started by two guys who came out of the oil patch who could not find any clothing that represented people like them.
19:12So they built it themselves. That is the kind of origin story I respect.

19:27Most people don't realize how much their personal information is being bought and sold every day.
19:32Data brokers are making billions, pulling details about you from public records and the internet, and then packaging and selling it, usually without your consent.
19:39That's how your information lands in the hands of scammers, spammers, even stalkers.
19:43It's why you get endless robocalls and why ads seem to follow you everywhere.
19:48That's where Aura comes in. Aura actively removes your data from broker sites and keeps it off.
19:53They also instantly alert you if your information shows up in a breach or on the dark web.
19:58But Aura goes beyond data protection. With one app, you get a VPN, antivirus, password manager, spam call protection, dark web monitoring,

20:25We are back here with First Class Fantasy. I don't really have much else to say about Joe Burrow.
20:30I think you kind of highlighted exactly my thoughts as well with Burrow.
20:34Let's go ahead and move over to our next grouping of quarterbacks here.
20:38This is where it kind of gets a little bit tricky.
20:42You mentioned it, Wyatt, but it starts to see a drop-off here where you start kind of picking your flavors.
20:48Some of these guys, I would say, I guess you could say all of these guys except maybe Bo Nix.
20:54But I guess with Waddle, I could also picture, you know, if things go well, he could have top five upside as well.
21:01But I think all of these quarterbacks have it with maybe an asterisk around Bo Nix because, again, still needs to be seen.
21:08You can kind of say that about Jackson Dart, but the difference is I think Dart runs a little bit more.
21:14And we just saw, I mean, a ceiling that we just want to see more from.
21:19But to start off my side of the rankings, I have Justin Herbert at seven.
21:24I have Patrick Mahomes at eight. I have Trevor Lawrence at number nine.
21:27I have Jackson Dart at 10. I have Jalen Hurts at 11 and Bo Nix at number 12.
21:33You have Jackson Dart aggressively, Wyatt, at seven. We both have Patrick Mahomes at eight.
21:37You have Jalen Hurts at nine. Justin Herbert at 10.
21:41Trevor Lawrence at 11 and Bo Nix with myself at number 12.
21:44Let's talk about Jaden Jackson Dart here, Wyatt. And you're a big fan of Jackson Dart.
21:49Talk to the folks about why Jackson Dart ranked at seven so aggressively here in your rankings.
21:54Number one, I was aggressive on him as a prospect coming into the NFL.
21:58You know, I thought he was much more advanced as a passer than he was given credit for.
22:04A lot of people just kind of put his passing numbers on the Lane Kiffin offense there in college.
22:10And I thought he was doing a lot more than that.
22:13He also like if just if you isolate to just the Lane Kiffin offense, he was vastly superior to all the QBs
22:20that came before him in that offense. And he was a big runner in college that transferred over to the NFL immediately.
22:26In fact, I would say it transferred even better into the NFL than it was in college.
22:32You really utilize his running skills and around the goal line.
22:35And that's exactly what we're looking for in the NFL.
22:38I thought he looked better as a passer than many people expected him to when he got to the NFL.
22:44And in this offense now, we know that Malik Neighbors is probably going to miss a few weeks.
22:49I'm not too worried about that. We know these elite talent.
22:53They've added weapons to the offense. Their weapons are top tier.
22:56But this is kind of what I was saying about Drake May last year is like, yeah, they didn't add like all
23:03these stellar talents, but they just made the offense competent.
23:06They made the weapons competent around their quarterback. And like that's a massive upgrade.
23:10And that's what Jackson Dart got this year. They also improved the offensive line.
23:14And like I mentioned, he has the exact kind of play style we're looking for where he is that running QB.
23:21Yeah, he spent some time in the blue tent, probably more time in the blue tent than we'd really like.
23:27But it seems like he doesn't care about that.
23:30He's going to keep doing his thing, you know, and I'm going to keep betting that he's going to keep doing it.
23:36And I want to be aggressive on him because if we're talking about top five upside, I don't know how Jackson Dart
23:43doesn't have like easily the top five upside compared to some of these QBs after him.
23:48You know, 17.6 points per game as a rookie, but that's with some missed time.
23:52And when you look at some of these starts where, you know, there's multiple games over 20 fancy points.
23:58We've got 29.4, 27.2, 26.3, 23.1, 25.1, 20.4. Like the ceiling is absolutely there for him.
24:03And this is him as a rookie getting used to the NFL, like what happens with another year under his belt.
24:09You know, I'm really excited for what Jackson Dart can do in year two and moving forward.
24:14Yeah, I think when you even look at his points per game output, you know, week 16, he only had one fantasy point, right?
24:22Now it was 13 attempts. So that was like an atrocious game in general.
24:26But it cratered his total output, right, when you just look at points per game, right?
24:31So that in line with all the games, he did miss games or he left early.
24:36In Chicago, I don't think he finished that game.
24:38He missed, you know, he went to play in week 10 and then he didn't play again until week 13.
24:45He left. I think he left in the third quarter or early fourth.
24:48But the point is, like, he's dealt with some injuries.
24:52He's had to go into the medical tent. What I would say about Jackson Dart, I definitely liked him as a prospect as well.
24:59And I don't have him ranked, like, very low either.
25:02I don't have him as aggressively as high as you do.
25:05I have him at 10. You have him at 7.
25:08I'm totally okay with that. I just – the thing with Dart is, you know, he's paired up with Matt Nagy now.
25:15And, look, Matt Nagy was there with Mahomes. So he did help Mahomes when Mahomes was drafted.
25:20So, you know, we got to give him some credit there.
25:23But it is a question mark a little bit on how the offense is going to look this year.
25:29I mean, Brian Dayball, I don't want to take any credit away from him.
25:33You know, Brian Dayball handpicked Jackson Dart. We saw him be very successful with some other quarterbacks.
25:39He got the best out of Daniel Jones. I don't want to give him the Josh Allen, you know, pat on the back either.
25:46Like, I wouldn't give Matt Nagy, right, the pat on the back too much for Patrick Mahomes.
25:51But he was there for the development of those players as well.
25:55He's now gone. And so there is somewhat of a question mark.
25:58And they haven't really done the best job at putting weapons around him.
26:02The weapons are a little kind of sketchy. I mean, Isaiah likely will be there this year.
26:07But we haven't seen much from him yet, Wyatt.
26:10It's really more projection. And then overall, Malik Nabors, I'm not concerned long term.
26:14But then it's really kind of Malachi Field, Starno Mooney, you know, some unproven guys.
26:19And then you have the backfield, right, where you have Cam Scadaboo who could be up and down when it comes to
26:26his health over the course of his career. And so I just – those are some of the question marks and red
26:32flags where it's not a perfect situation, of course.
26:35But none of these situations feel perfect. And that's why, you know, they're not maybe ranked even higher.
26:41But when I look at the, you know, the next set of the rankings or at least where I had Justin Herbert, right, I have Herbert at seven.
26:49And when you look at him, his situation feels phenomenal.
26:52The question mark with him is Mike McDaniels, right?
26:55Like it's probably a one-year stint for Justin Herbert.
26:58I think we can agree with that, Wyatt. It's a good chance Mike McDaniels turned down – we know he turned down
27:04head coaching opportunities this year to go be an OC.
27:07It's a good chance if this offense doesn't implode this year, he's going to find himself a head coaching job.
27:13And it's really just a one-year thing. Maybe they can kind of pluck somebody off of his coaching staff to kind of
27:20be the OC and keep this offense intact or the system intact if it does turn out to be well.
27:26But I have Justin Herbert at seven. I think we know who Justin Herbert is.
27:31It's really always been about the health of him, the health of, you know, really the people around him.
27:36And I think if those things can hold up, I just – it's hard not to – we know who Justin Herbert is.
27:43And to me, Justin Herbert's a top five passer in the NFL.
27:47He's got upside to run with his legs. We saw him run more last year.
27:52I think some of that had to do with just playing hero ball because of the injuries and lack of a run game at times.
27:59But ultimately, I think if the guys around him can stay healthy, I think Herbert's not really an injury-prone guy where I'm worried either.
28:06It's just really more about like his offensive line was beat to crap and he was just taking a pummeling.
28:13And so if the offensive line can stay healthy, Wyatt, I'm excited about Justin Herbert.
28:17And we talked two, three-year windows. You know, there is a little bit unforeseen with the future of the offensive coordinator with Mike McDaniels after this year.
28:25But ultimately, I know what I'm getting from Justin Herbert.
28:28And I know where the ceiling can be if things around him are stable, which I think we could be getting closer to that, hopefully.
28:36Maybe that's wish casting at this point. I do struggle with my ranking of Justin Herbert in general because I think he's supremely talented.
28:43I'm really excited for what he's going to be under Mike McDaniel.
28:47I, like you, worry if Mike McDaniels is going to be there longer than one year because I do think he's probably
28:54going to get a head coaching gig after this.
28:56He's probably going to have his kind of like pick of the litter when it comes to head coach openings next season.
29:03But I'm also a little bit tired of making excuses for Justin Herbert.
29:07Basically, since his second season, he hasn't quite lived up to those expectations.
29:11And we keep on having excuses for it every season.
29:14And a lot of them are pretty valid. But like I'm just kind of tired of making those excuses.
29:20And so like every time I look at my rankings, like I want to move them higher and then I second guess myself.
29:27So I struggle with it. I've got him at 10, but I have no issue with where you rank him.
29:33You know, like I understand the excitement for Justin Herbert.
29:36Beautiful. Yeah. And it seems like we're kind of on the same page, at least with that.
29:41And you'll need to flip us around again. I don't know how.
29:45I don't know how to if you're on the video on the audio side.
29:49Every time I move us around, I can't seem to get it to stay where our names are still under us.
29:55But work in progress. But let's go ahead and look at some of the other guys in this in these rankings.
30:02I do really want to talk about Jalen Hurts.
30:04I have Hurts at 11. You have him at nine.
30:07I think you're still below market even at nine.
30:10I'm probably a little bit more below market with him at 11.
30:14I could assume people probably are confused about this.
30:16And I'll start off because I have him ranked lower, the lowest here at 11.
30:21Let's just take a wide view of the Eagles and Hurts in general.
30:25I think this is really a one year deal almost with Hurts.
30:29And when I say that, Jalen Hurts does not have any guaranteed money left on his contract.
30:34We know and I'm not I'm not knocking the guy.
30:37I was a defender of Jalen Hurts for a while.
30:40But I think we have to be honest with what we've seen.
30:43The situation around him has been very, very good.
30:46If Jalen Hurts were to go to another situation, I don't know that he would thrive in fantasy in another situation unless
30:53it was paired up with a really, really good offensive coach.
30:56When you look at Jalen Hurts over the last four years, Wyatt, rushing yards per game have come down.
31:02Right. 2022, he was averaging 47.53 rushing yards per game on 8.993 attempts a game.
31:07Right. In 2025, he averaged just 24.7 yards per game rushing and 4.94 attempts per game.
31:11Right. And we've seen he finishes a quarterback three in 2022 and he finishes a quarterback eight in 2025.
31:17Right. So we have seen, you know, a little bit of a decline as the rushing upside starts to get a little bit lower.
31:24You factor in the tush push. Right. And I know that's also a hot topic, but they were not efficient with the tush push.
31:32Now, it'll be interesting to see how that works this year because there was some injuries with Cam Juergens.
31:37Right. Who is the center? Obviously, you had Kelsey who transitioned out of being center and that was a big piece of the tush push.
31:45But there are some there were some injuries on the offensive line.
31:49So we'll see if those guys can bounce back.
31:51Lane Johnson is returning, but he missed, I think, seven games last year.
31:55You had some, you know, you had Lane and Dickerson who hurt himself in training camp last year and played a lot of the season hurt.
32:03So there's a lot of question marks if the offensive line can get better.
32:08There's no guaranteed money left on his deal. So that's why I bring up the one year thing where it's like they just brought in another offensive coordinator.
32:16And there if you're Jalen Hurts is if your hurts is agent, why I would think you're demanding almost you get some
32:23more guaranteed money on your contract because you'd be sitting here saying, what kind of commitment is this from the team?
32:29I just won a Super Bowl two years ago.
32:32I have no guaranteed money left on my deal after this year.
32:35What's going on? Like, why do you guys not believe in me?
32:39Because I think that's a clear message unless it blows up in my face and Jalen Hurts gets an extension in the next couple of months.
32:47And that's possible. But right now there's been no rumors about it.
32:51So I think all of those things factor in.
32:53I think if he's not rushing, it's not really top five upside like we saw earlier on in his career.
32:59And I think he wants to kind of go almost the Russell Wilson route where it's like he wants to be a
33:06guy that can play inside the pocket. He wants to keep himself, his body a little bit healthier.
33:12He wants to change his game a little bit.
33:14And we think we've seen that kind of be alluded to his detriment in terms of how good he is as an
33:21NFL quarterback as well as how good he is for fantasy.
33:24So that's why I have him ranked where I do.
33:27You had him at nine, which is still a little bit below consensus as well.
33:32Do you kind of share some of those similar feelings?
33:35Do you think I'm hyperbolic about this right now?
33:38Where do you see Jalen Hurts? Looking at some price points real quick just to get us in line here.
33:44Dynasty Data Lab, Jalen Hurts goes QB9 in their startup ADP.
33:47And key trade cut, Jalen Hurts is QB11 right now.
33:50So it sounds actually like we're more in line with kind of the public combined here as some people are starting to
33:57get a little bit down on him. I'm a little bit down on him, but still high, I guess, compared to the community now in a way.
34:05And it's really just I think he's pretty darn good.
34:08I think he probably gets beat up more than he should, at least when it comes to fantasy.
34:14Like NFL QB, I would say he's middle of the road, you know, just as an NFL QB.
34:19He has played really good in big moments. No doubt about it.
34:23Like his Super Bowl performance was incredible. You can't take that away from him.
34:27But his style just is great for fantasy. And I expect it to be good moving forward.
34:32He's basically always been good. This past year was basically his worst season since becoming the full-time starter, and he was still QB8 in points per game.
34:40I don't think that's really going to get worse right now.
34:44And if there's concern about him leaving the Eagles, which I would say is definitely a possibility, I think he's the level
34:50of QB that he's going to start no matter what.
34:53Like he's not leaving and being a backup anywhere.
34:56That's true. He's going to be starting. And while I think you're right, he does need to go to a place where
35:03the offense is going to cater to him basically to be conducive to what he can do, you know, for him to
35:09continue to have that high-end fantasy success. I think at least his play style lends itself to him keeping somewhat of a fancy floor to his finishes.
35:18And like the high end is determined by the offense he's in.
35:21Yeah, I guess my concern is I don't see that ceiling for him like we saw in the past.
35:27But look, he could also rise to the occasion in this new offense with Sean Mannion, right?
35:32He could also turn out to be really good and bounce back.
35:36I mean, that's the one thing about Jalen Hurts is that he's a gamer.
35:40For whatever reason, when his back has been against the wall, he's been able to kind of rebound.
35:46The one thing I will say, it really feels like it's been two years, though, because even in the year they won
35:52the Super Bowl, people were ragging on him a lot because it was really a lot of Saquon Barkley and a strong defense.
35:59And the past game was still pretty rough. But neither here nor there, we've talked enough about it.
36:05Let's go ahead and move over to the next set of rankings here.
36:09And these are – it's pretty much the same four guys here with me and you.
36:13It's just a little bit of a difference. I have Brock Purdy at 13.
36:18So do you. We both have Dak Prescott at 14.
36:21I have Jordan Love at 15. You have Jordan Love at 16.
36:24I have Jared Goff at 16. You have Jared Goff at 15.
36:28So it's those four guys. The only difference is we have Jared Goff and Jordan Love swapped at 15 and 16.
36:34Let's kind of talk a little bit about just this tier in general, Wyatt, because I do find this tier very funny.
36:41This is the tier of quarterbacks that nobody likes.
36:44Nobody wants. Nobody likes. So true. And they're good for fantasy football.
36:48And I think – kudos to me and you for just kind of acknowledging that and saying, no, these guys are good.
36:54Yeah. Are they spring chickens? Are they 22 years old?
36:57Are they 23? No. But these guys still all have at least two to three more years of quarterback one potential and
37:04fringe getting close to that top eight, maybe touching top five, especially Dak Prescott with the way we've seen him play.
37:10So do you kind of feel like this is kind of where we kind of put our foot down at this point
37:17and say, hey, a lot of these guys that are ranked ahead of them are unproven.
37:22We know what these guys are going to give us year in, year out for as long as they're playing and as long as they're healthy.
37:30Is that kind of where you see it with this tier or is it just flat out that you just don't believe
37:36in a lot of the young guys that are behind them?
37:40Yeah, it's funny. I think you're so right there.
37:42These are the QBs. It seems like they just don't get talked about enough.
37:47You know, like they're just going to give you QB one finishes over the next couple of years more than likely.
37:53And they probably just don't get enough respect for that for fancy.
37:57Like the one looking at this and as you're talking, like I can't help but stare at Jared Goff's prices like amongst
38:03the marketplace and realizing how far ahead we are compared to my place on keep trade cut.
38:09Jared Goff, QB 21 on Dynasty Data Lab startup ADP QB 18.
38:12Like theoretically right now you could be tearing down from Cam Ward, Tyler Shucks, CJ Stroud, Baker Mayfield possibly to get Jared Goff an additional asset.
38:20Like I'm making every one of those trades like in a heartbeat.
38:24Like what's not to like about Jared Goff? I understand he doesn't rush, but that's why he's not a top 12 QB in Dynasty.
38:31But like he gives some of the best passing stats.
38:34You're in and you're out in one of the best offenses in the NFL.
38:38I don't know what's to like not to like.
38:41You're like happily making those sear down trades if they're available to me in my Dynasty leagues.
38:46Well, it's funny too. I mean, if you have been ahead of the market on Jared Goff, even Dak Prescott the last
38:53year or two, you've made out well. So this is not a crazy bet to be making.
38:58Sure. You could sit there and say, well, the wheels could fall off.
39:02But as long as the insulation, that offensive line for the Lions, they did revamp it this year.
39:07They brought in Tate Ratliff. How do I say his name?
39:11They brought in Rutledge. You know, they brought in another guy as well.
39:15I think Miller, right? Was it Blake Miller or Bryce Miller?
39:18Whatever. They brought in. So they've retooled the offensive line.
39:21And yes, Jared Goff is kind of a stature, but he gives you Tom Brady vibes a little bit, in my opinion,
39:28where it's like you can stand up tall in the pocket, deliver a pass while taking a hit.
39:33And, you know, the offensive pieces around him are still very high end.
39:37So I want pieces of that. Similar to that with Dak Prescott.
39:41If Dak Prescott can stay healthy, he's got a terrible defense.
39:44These are also quarterbacks who all play, Wyatt, in good weather, right?
39:48I mean, you have two quarterbacks that play in the Dome, and Jared Goff and Dak Prescott.
39:53You have Brock Purdy, who plays in San Francisco, so the weather is typically pretty good.
39:58And then you have Jordan Love, who's probably the only guy here that's not playing in the best weather, but he's playing
40:05in a division that has a lot of really good offenses.
40:08So he's going to be in dogfights for the most part, you know, at least in eight games, or we'll call it
40:15six, because, you know, who knows with the Vikings, if they bounce back or not.
40:19But he's going to be in competitive games to have to play and throw the football.
40:24So overall, this is an interesting tier. I don't want to spend too much more time on it unless there's something you want to talk about.
40:32We can get to the next tier because it's a bigger tier.
40:36Is there anything else you want to mention about this tier?
40:39No, let's move on. Okay. So let's go ahead and move on here at the next tier.
40:44And this is where we start to get a little bit different from each other.
40:49I have Tyler Shuck at 17. I have Fernando Mendoza at 18.
40:52I have Cam Ward at 19. Tyler Murray at 20.
40:55Baker Mayfield at 21. And Matthew Stafford at 22.
40:58You have Fernando Mendoza at 17. Kyler Murray at 18.
41:01Tyler Shuck at 19. Baker Mayfield at 20. CJ Stroud at 21.
41:05And Cam Ward at 22. First thing that comes to mind here is just CJ Stroud in general.
41:10We are both below market on CJ Stroud. He's not even in my top 22 here.
41:15He is in my top 24, but he's not here at 22 for me, Wyatt.
41:20I want to hear from you first with CJ Stroud.
41:23Why do you have him at 21? I mean, like you mentioned, below market on Stroud.
41:27It's not crazy below market, right? I think he's what?
41:31Somewhere around 18-ish, 17-ish, 18-ish. If you have those rankings ahead in front of you.
41:35But I think he's somewhere around there. So you're a little below market on him too.
41:40Why exactly? Oh, you're muted again. I don't know.
41:43You keep muting yourself somehow. Sorry, sir. First timer here.
41:46Yeah. This is another one where I think the market is starting to catch up with how we've been feeling.
41:52Because now on Key Trade Cut, CJ Stroud, QB19, he's been moving down in Dynasty Day Lab, Startup ADP, QB21.
41:58So people are starting to catch on, I think.
42:01And, you know, I still like CJ Stroud and think he's a talented QB.
42:05But I think he's now at the point he's shown us, like, he's not going to give us any of that running
42:11that we thought was at least maybe, like, a little bit possible from when he was in college.
42:17He kind of showed, like, at the end of his college career that he could do it.
42:22And he is athletic, but he's not really doing it in the NFL at all.
42:27And Houston has just not done a good job of putting an offense around him conducive to high-end fantasy points since his rookie season.
42:34And that could change in the future. But I kind of need to see it change with CJ Stroud at this point
42:41before I'm really going to bet on him to, you know, finish as even a fringe QB1 or anything like that.
42:47And when I don't expect him to even finish as a fringe QB1, he's been in the league for a few years
42:54now, you know, he's going to drop down my rankings.
42:57He's going to be closer to a low-end QB2 in my rankings now when I'm looking at other QBs who still have
43:03a chance to reasonably finish as a top-12 QB, which I don't think Stroud really has at this time.
43:09Yeah, and when you look at even his rookie season where he finished seventh in points per game at 18.7, it was
43:16kind of a down year, if I remember, at the quarterback position for fantasy points in 2023.
43:21I mean, Stroud threw for 23 touchdowns. Now, he did throw for 4,000 yards that year.
43:26But he only had 167 rushing yards, right? It was three touchdowns.
43:30So it wasn't like he had, like, an incredible season as well.
43:33It was just really good for a rookie. But I look at it like this is a guy who plays on an
43:40offense or a team that has a defensive-minded head coach that's going to want to be more conservative.
43:45And I feel very confident about that because we look what happened with CJ Stroud and overexposure for him.
43:51Now, a lot of it was also due to just the offense crumbling around him.
43:56But I think D'Amico Ryans wants to rein him in.
43:59He wants to play really tough football. I think they brought in David Montgomery because they want to run the football.
44:05We saw them run the football a lot last year.
44:08They just were not very good at it. But they were in the top half of the league in rushing attempts.
44:14So they want to run the football. They want to play good defenses.
44:18And I don't think they're going to be in many games where they're in shootouts, where they have to throw the football,
44:25where they've got to push the football downfield. This defense, I don't think he's going to regress anytime soon.
44:31There's a lot of young players, a lot of young pieces.
44:34So that's kind of why. And like you mentioned, the rushing upside with the legs is just not there for Stroud.
44:41That definitely comes into factor two where it's like if you're not going to be in high-scoring games, do you give a
44:47little bit of a bump up because of the legs?
44:50And we're not getting that either with him. Looking at the rest of this tier here, we've talked about Tyler Shuck a lot.
44:57So I'm not going to spend too much time on him.
45:01I have him at 17. You have him at 19.
45:04You have Mendoza at 17. I have him at 18.
45:07We're pretty close there. The one funny thing I will say, Wyatt, is when we were at the draft house, Mendoza was drafted.
45:14I did say I would prefer Dak Prescott over Mendoza.
45:17And I don't remember if you agreed with me or not.
45:20I know Matt did not agree with me, the podfather.
45:23I guess, I don't know, has your thoughts changed on that or were you kind of in alignment?
45:29I don't remember. But were you in alignment with me at least when it happened that Dak Prescott over Mendoza?
45:35Or is that something that you've been kind of working on and that kind of just started to make that move in the last month?
45:42It's always been Dak over Mendoza for me, but I was kind of on the train of like, it's probably a closer
45:49conversation than most people would say it would be.
45:52Because I was higher on Mendoza than most people, I would say, going into the NFL draft and like what his fantasy output could be.
45:59Because I think he could be, you know, of Joe Burrow-like, maybe not quite at his level.
46:04And I would never really project any QB coming into the NFL to be on Joe Burrow's level.
46:10But, you know, like on that archetype level and trending towards it.
46:14Just because I think he could be a really talented passer in the NFL.
46:18And I think he has enough rushing ability that he's not a complete zero there.
46:22The same way that Joe Burrow is not a complete zero.
46:26But he's like, it's not enough that it's like noticeable, you know?
46:29Yeah, and because he's landing with Kubiak, who I think is just a fantastic offensive mind in the NFL.
46:35So I'm excited for Mendoza for sure. But it's definitely Dak over him.
46:39I mean, this is one where we're actually behind the market on Mendoza.
46:43I'm surprised by that. Like with the sentiment that was surrounding Mendoza going into the NFL draft and way people were saying,
46:50like drafting the wide receivers over him in rookie drafts and everything.
46:53Right now in Dynasty.Lab, start at ADP. He's QB 15.
46:56Keep trade cut. He's QB 14. He's over Dak Prescott on keep trade cut.
47:01Like, isn't that funny? Like the way that people were talking about him before the NFL draft.
47:06And now when it's time for them to make their rankings, all of a sudden he's jumping up the rankings.
47:12It's because fantasy players are all – Dynasty players are very similar.
47:15Everybody wants to have the youngest, prettiest looking roster that they can project to have them win games, championships for 10 years.
47:22And that's why that tier is funny because it's a lot of older quarterbacks that people – or not older quarterbacks, but maybe not as mobile.
47:30But, you know, they've been in the league a little bit and there's some bias around them where they don't like them too much.
47:37Like Brock Purdy, late pick, don't bet on him, whatever.
47:40And it's like these guys consistently produce for us in fantasy.
47:44And again, Dak Prescott, what is that worth to you?
47:47The guy can give you a top five finish.
47:49There's no doubt in my mind about that. Right?
47:52But I can't say that about Fernando Mendoza yet.
47:55I haven't seen it and I don't know. And the weapons around him certainly don't show that it's going to happen at least this year.
48:03Right? So, to me, it's like I'm going to take the guy ahead that I think can give me in a two-
48:09to three-year window, especially if I'm a contender, you know, give me a top five finish.
48:14So, I don't think that's out of the question.
48:17Check this out. Based on, you know, what we're looking at in the marketplace right now, I mean, isn't it conceivable that
48:23you could trade away Fernando Mendoza for Jared Goff in like a first?
48:27And like aren't we just hoping that Mendoza becomes Goff?
48:30Yeah, we're praying. If he becomes Goff, I'd be very happy.
48:34I'd be very happy. I don't know that you can get that trade done, but like just based on the marketplace that
48:40we're looking at, it's at least possible, you know, or maybe two seconds on top of Goff to move off of Mendoza,
48:47which I think is kind of crazy. Yeah, so do I.
48:50But we're going to take one more break and then we will come right back.
48:55We'll get close to wrapping things up. Ooh, trade just came out on my phone.
49:00Let's see. Should I make it? I don't know.
49:02I want to make a move now, though. I don't want to wait to get back to my computer.
49:08What do I do? Oh, we have the Dynasty Dominator app that scores a trade based on our lifetime value rating at playerprofiler.com.
49:15We also give you just a price lookup tool with the ADP to say, what is this guy really worth?
49:21And the app has a player comparison tool to juxtapose the advanced metrics of two players.
49:26This is $5 in the app store. That's it.
49:29So we want you to do deep research on playerprofiler.com, but we also want you to be able to make moves in the moment.
49:36So go get that Dynasty Dominator now. It's in the app store.
49:40It's on Google Play. And you can thank me later.
49:43Most people don't realize how much their personal information is being bought and sold every day.
49:48Data brokers are making billions, pulling details about you from public records and the Internet, and then packaging and selling it, usually without your consent.
49:55That's how your information lands in the hands of scammers, spammers, even stalkers.
49:59It's why you get endless robocalls and why ads seem to follow you everywhere.
50:03That's where Aura comes in. Aura actively removes your data from broker sites and keeps it off.
50:09They also instantly alert you if your information shows up in a breach or on the dark web.
50:14But Aura goes beyond data protection. With one app, you get a VPN, antivirus, password manager, spam call protection, dark web monitoring,
50:21and even up to $5 million in identity theft insurance, all backed by 24-7 U.S.-based fraud support.
50:26Other companies might sell just credit monitoring or just a VPN.
50:29Aura gives you all of it, together, at the same price competitors charge for just one service.

50:44I was tempted to have him ahead of Kyler Murray and Baker Mayfield, at least Baker, because I sat there and said,
50:51what is a quarterback, top five quarterback finish, even if it's just one year and a guy retires?
50:56What is that worth to you? What is that worth?
51:00And I sit there and say, Baker Mayfield, I love Baker, always been a fan of Baker, but we've seen some regression
51:06from him, and a lot of it's due to injuries, right?
51:10He's style of play. He plays very hard. He definitely doesn't avoid contact.
51:14And Baker Mayfield, kind of, we've seen him regress a little bit, and he's getting a little bit up there in age, too.
51:20So, it's like, or if you have Baker Mayfield, like, is it worth it in Superflex to have a guy that's, like,
51:2713, 14 for the next two, three years, or a guy that's one year, but he's quarterback five?
51:33Like, what's better to you, right? And so, that's – I got very close, and I didn't do it, but I was
51:39very, very close to having Stafford ahead of Baker.
51:42You have Stafford, I think you might have him at 24, or you have him outside of your top 24.
51:4824, yeah. Okay, you have him at 24 right here.
51:51Okay. So, you have him at 24 with Malik Willis at 23.
51:55Yeah. So, with every dynasty position, and this is something we've talked about in every show since we've been doing this, going
52:01through our rankings at every position, at a certain point in our rankings, you get to the one-year bets of that position,
52:08where you can expect fantasy points from him for this year, but after that, you don't know.
52:13You don't know what's going to happen. And that's why I have Malik Willis and Matthew Stafford here.
52:19They're both players, in my opinion, where we can count on fantasy points this year, but after that, I'm not sure.
52:25A lot could happen. Malik Willis might not have a job, a starting job, in 2027.
52:30Matthew Stafford might retire in 2027. His back might be destroyed by 2027.
52:34But I feel pretty good about them producing in 2026.
52:37And what's that worth? Well, I just wasn't quite able to get either of them into the top 22 of the rankings,
52:44any of the players that we've talked about so far.
52:47I couldn't quite get him over any of those.
52:49There's still excitement for Cam Ward, you know, what he could be.
52:53Like, I'm still willing to see if he improves.
52:56You know, I couldn't quite get him there. CJ Stroud, while I worry about what his fantasy output's going to be like,
53:03he's a player who I'm confident he's going to be a starting QB for a very long time in the NFL, as
53:09long as I'm going to project out. And there's at least reason to believe he can get back to being at least a fringe, you know, QB one.
53:18So, like, as we go up, like, I can start making that case over and over again.
53:23So I couldn't quite get them above any of those other QBs, but they're absolutely in my top 24.
53:29You know, like I said, one of your bets at QB.
53:32Yeah, and I think the important thing to remind people is that this is not where we think their value is, right?
53:39I mean, of course, Matthew Stafford. I have Matthew Stafford ahead of CJ Stroud.
53:43I have Stroud at 23, and I have Malik Willis at 24, and I have Stafford at 22.
53:48But the way I look at it as is, to me, the way I play, getting a top five finish, even if
53:55it's just one year, ranks you higher just because I don't know with Stroud, we already talked about it.
54:01Like, yes, I'm with you, Wyatt. I think he's going to get an extension this offseason.
54:06I think he will be in Houston for the next three to four years at least as a starting quarterback.
54:12I do feel confident in that. Again, it's just a matter of what is it worth it?
54:17Is fringe quarterback one worth it? There's a lot of other quarterbacks you can take gambles on that'll be those mid-quarterback twos, fringe quarterback ones.
54:24And the points per game difference between that and, like, quarterback 20 is usually not that far off when you start getting to that mid-quarterback two area.
54:33So that was kind of what went in my thought process.
54:36But I would not use these rankings as, like, hey, this is where I should value them if I'm selling them.
54:42It should be used as, hey, I agree with Wyatt on this player.
54:46I agree with Pete on this player. Let me tear down from this guy because I know where the market has this guy.
54:53And you can go to Keep Shred Cut or Dynast Data Lab.
54:57You look at where the market has a guy ranked and you say, okay, well, the market has him here, but I'm
55:04kind of with Pete and Wyatt on him here.
55:06So let me see if I can work a tear down in this scenario.
55:11So that's how you should be using these rankings in this show.
55:14That's pretty much it for me. I mean, Malik Willis, we can talk about him, but I think we're kind of the
55:21same boat where, like you said, really a one-year gamble.
55:24We'll see what happens. And I'm not banking on it, but Malik Willis, the truth is he's also kind of got quarterback
55:31one potential, even if it's just for one year as well.
55:34Yeah, he does. You know, he's probably going to run a ton.
55:38We'll see how efficient he can be as a passer in Miami without real pass catchers, you know.
55:43But he has a very good chance to finish as a QB1 this year.
55:47We just have no idea if that lasts. Hey, I want to thank you for being part of this broadcast.
