The five best landing spots for Jonathan Taylor after he's traded away from the Colts. Number one is clearly the Cincinnati Bengals. They have a Super Bowl quality offense, a much improved defense, but no ground game efficiency. Number two is going to be the Minnesota Vikings, a 6-and-0 team that has fewer than 10 offensive touchdowns. They desperately need some juice in the ground game. Number three would be the Green Bay Packers. The team has the lowest team rushing yards since 1943 in the NFL. Number four would actually be the Denver Broncos. I think as the lead back with R.J. Harvey and Jonathan Coleman contributing, we could see Jonathan Taylor with a great offensive line pile up the numbers there. The final spot would be the Seattle Seahawks just because man, would that be crazy bad decision-making to let Kenneth Walker walk, draft Judarian Price with a first-round pick, and then trade a pick for Jonathan Taylor.
STACKED’s take
Five ranked trade destinations for Taylor: Bengals, Vikings, Packers, Broncos, Seahawks.
R.J. Harvey identified five potential trade landing spots for Jonathan Taylor, ranked by fit. Cincinnati Bengals top the list with a Super Bowl-quality offense and improved defense but no ground game efficiency, making Taylor a high-impact fit. Minnesota Vikings (6-0) rank second with fewer than 10 offensive touchdowns and desperate need for rushing game juice, positioning Taylor as a high-volume option. Green Bay Packers rank third with the lowest team rushing yards since 1943 in the NFL, creating elite volume opportunity in a high-powered offense. Denver Broncos rank fourth, where Taylor would operate as the lead back with R.J. Harvey and Jonathan Coleman in reserve roles, backed by a great offensive line to pile up fantasy numbers. Seattle Seahawks rank fifth and least favorable—Harvey questions the logic of trading for Taylor after the Seahawks let Kenneth Walker walk and used a first-round pick on Judarian Price, suggesting organizational misalignment and reduced opportunity.
