Underappreciated $7,300 RB who sims well but lacks ownership

Javante Williams is the most underappreciated $7,300 running back and projects well in DFS simulations. Davis Mattek notes Javante always sims very well because he never gets owned near as much as the simulations expect, making him a value play against Dallas.
