McCarthy excelled at throwing deep against Houston with legitimate 'WOW' throws, but Vic Fangio will likely look to contain explosive passing plays. McCarthy was excellent against Houston's MOFC (middle of field closed) looks, particularly Cover-1 and Cover-3 single-high safety looks that created defined passing lanes.
