Douglas WR31 consensus; flex play with attractive ceiling but limited floor.

Douglas is WR31 in half-PPR consensus. Ray Garvin is comfortable with him as a flex play, especially if needing upside, but cautions that the ceiling is more attractive than the floor. The concern is that one big play carried his Week 8 production and targets may need to grow.
