Milton can rifle short and intermediate throws without needing a big wind-up or much of a step into the ball. It almost looks like a flick of the wrist, and the ball arrives with unusual zip. The release is quick, too.

Milton's rare arm talent and quick release make Eagles' RPO game more dangerous.

Milton possesses rare arm talent with quick release and unusual velocity on short and intermediate throws; the source notes he can rifle throws with a flick of the wrist without needing a big wind-up, which makes the Eagles' RPO game more dangerous by allowing the ball to arrive before underneath coverage can rally. His arm strength also enables him to challenge tight windows and throw into coverage effectively.
