Downs requests trade, falls out of top 36 WR rankings amid Colts dysfunction.
Josh Downs has requested a trade from the Colts and does not rank in the top 36 wide receivers for Week 8; he's currently in the 40s in rest-of-season rankings. The speaker notes that Downs' situation with Keenan Allen and Daniel Jones playing poorly has made it difficult for him to produce fantasy points, and he's in a contract year looking to get paid in free agency.
