In terms of Harvey versus Jaden Reed. Again, I have Harvey ranked higher, but I do think wide receiver is going to be a little bit more important for us. And I like taking Reed here because it will open up the possibility of us grabbing Jordan Love in the coming rounds.

Selected over higher-ranked Harvey for positional depth and draft flexibility.

Ricky Pierall selected Reed over RJ Harvey despite ranking Harvey higher, prioritizing wide receiver depth to preserve draft flexibility for Jordan Love in later rounds. Reed was drafted as WR5 in an underdog league format with three starting receiver slots, part of a quantity-over-quality receiver strategy.
