Bowers projects Javonte Williams as RB 16 at the 3-4 turn with strong volume and a high-quality offense. Last year he was RB8 in expected fantasy points per game, just behind Devon Achane, Jahmyr Gibbs, Chase Brown, Bijan Robinson, Jonathan Taylor, and Christian McCaffrey. The backfield is fully his according to ESPN's Todd Archer; Malik Davis might not make the team, leaving only Jaden Blue and Phil Mafah behind him. Williams has Saquon Barkley-type projection with elite goal-line back status in the high-scoring Cowboys offense and could score 12–14 touchdowns. The receiving role is the key variable; last year he posted 137 yards on 35 catches, but if he can reach 35–40 catches and improve yards to 250–300, he becomes a strong fantasy asset. The offense has two stud wide receivers and a strong offensive line (ranked 12th), which should create running lanes and allow frequent scoring.
