Toutin is just clearly the more proven NFL pass catcher than him... he has more routes on early downs, more targets on early downs last year, 70 and 13, than the careerhighs for Chris Rodriguez. Uh, who has been in the league for several years, has bounced on and off the Commander practice squad... even with Travis ETN on the team, Tutin was taking away from him some at the goal line.
