Capped RB2 in worst offense; overpriced on ESPN, avoid before round 3.

Jets project to score 18.7 PPG (worst-tier offense). Hall has finished RB17 in PPG back-to-back seasons and RB21 in PPG most recently, showing consistent mid-tier production capped by bad offense. Jeremiah Love explicitly states he will not give Hall the same benefit of doubt as Jeremiah Love because Hall has a large sample of underperformance despite volume. Despite historical RB2 production in garbage offenses, Hall's ceiling is capped by the Jets' dysfunction. Platform-dependent pricing: overpriced on ESPN (end of round 2), appropriately valued in Sleeper (mid-round 3), underpriced on Yahoo (end of round 3/beginning of round 4). Source prefers Love's upside ceiling over Hall's known floor in a bad offense. Strong value threshold: end of round 3 to beginning of round 4.
